At Furikake, we strive for total satisfaction with every flavor; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.

  Verification and Approval

  Our team will review your request and, for damaged goods, may ask for a photo of the packaging to process your claim.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the unopened items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we inspect the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
