How should I store my Furikake to keep it fresh?
To maintain maximum crunch and flavor, store your jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, ensure the lid is tightly sealed after every use.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our artisanal blends worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
While many of our blends are vegan-friendly, some contain dried fish (bonito). We clearly label all allergens and dietary information on each product page and on the packaging.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
